3. Payments and Refunds
- Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store or process payment details directly.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@velthos.com.
- Chargebacks & Disputes: Filing a chargeback may result in immediate service termination and additional fees. If you have concerns about your service, please reach out first at hello@velthos.com before initiating a dispute.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for project completion.
- Comply with all legal requirements, including copyright, trademark, and content regulations.
- Ensure that any content provided does not infringe on third-party rights.
- Adhere to website content policies and usage guidelines set forth by Velthos.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in service suspension or termination.
5. Intellectual Property
- All designs, code, and materials created by Velthos remain our intellectual property, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use completed projects for their intended purpose.
- Clients may not resell, redistribute, or modify assets without explicit written permission from Velthos.
6. Limitation of Liability
Velthos is not responsible for any damages, losses, or downtime caused by:
- Third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, payment processors, plugins, or software dependencies).
- Cyberattacks, hacks, or security breaches affecting your website.
- Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, power outages, or server failures.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velthos, its employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruptions.
7. Termination of Services
Velthos reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without notice for the following reasons:
- Non-payment or payment disputes
- Breach of these Terms
- Misuse of services, including illegal activity, spam, or fraudulent behavior
If services are terminated due to violations of these Terms, no refunds will be issued.
